Refund policy

Cancelation of orders need to be made before the item is shipped. Act quickly! Things are usually made to order and ship quickly.
Exchanges and returns can be made within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for returns and exchanges. 

If items arrive damaged, a new one will be sent once the old one has been returned (shipping label provided).
